The Customer Area contains your licence details, APP-Easy 2027 update status, authorised installers and purchase and upgrade history.
Can I use APP-Easy on several workstations in my practice at the same time?
Yes. The Studio Licence can be installed and used simultaneously on all Allplan workstations belonging to the licensed practice. During installation, the setup verifies the code online and displays the licence holder's details.

After purchasing, you will find your licence details, authorised installers and activity history in the Customer Area. During installation, the setup checks the code online and displays the licence holder's details before proceeding.
In the Customer Area
- licence serial number and purchased package;
- registered studio licence holder;
- APP-Easy 2027 update status;
- installers authorised for your licence;
- history of purchases, generation changes and upgrades.
During installation
- enter your APP-Easy licence code;
- the installer verifies the studio licence online;
- only authorised modules are installed;
- the holder, licence status and available updates are displayed;
- licence usage is tracked to the registered practice.
Correct use of the studio licence: the licence can be used simultaneously on all Allplan workstations belonging to the licensed practice. Installing or using APP-Easy with someone else's code, a transferred code or a code used by unauthorised third parties constitutes unauthorised use of the licence.
