With AE-AI, we have explored using artificial intelligence in Allplan 2027 to edit APP-Easy objects in bulk. Watch the prototype and tell us: AI or traditional controls?
This is an experimental prototype: we are considering whether to continue development, taking your feedback into account. It is not included in the APP-Easy products currently on sale.
It edits only APP-Easy objects supported by the prototype. It does not edit native Allplan objects.

AI changes the laying pattern. On four floors.
In the prototype, you describe the change to the AI assistant. You check diagrams, parameters and the summary. Once you confirm, all four APP-Easy floor surfaces change. And when you change your mind, the conversation continues.

Is artificial intelligence
the right way forward?
Describing the result you want feels natural. But when dimensions, components and configurations come into play, an interface with dedicated fields and diagrams can be more straightforward.
Should we continue developing AE-AI for bulk changes? Or focus on dedicated interfaces? The answer may depend on the task. This is the question we want to share with Allplan users.
We have not yet decided whether AE-AI will become a package. Your feedback will help us assess whether and how to proceed: a release is not guaranteed.
